A little about me…

Hi! I’m Lollo. I’m a certified Reiki and Sound Healing Practitioner based in London. I moved here from a small town in Sweden when I was 19 to pursue life of independence and a career in fashion.

Whilst London (and life) offers a lot of excitement and opportunity, it can also be profoundly draining and stressful. For years I moved through life feeling heavy and disconnected, trying to understand why I was not ‘succeeding’ in life.

Finally, I came to a crashing point (or several in fact) which led me to the decision to shed my old, limiting beliefs and societal programming and start a different journey.

As I began to explore a different approach to life, healing and growth, I came across many interesting practices, but ultimately fell in love with Sound Baths and Reiki Healing.

My first sound bath had me blissfully travel through time and space, whilst my first ever Reiki session left me so relaxed and relieved my legs could barely carry me home after.

Both practices has played a great part in helping me heal and develop physically, mentally and spiritually.

Now, I’m honoured to share these tools with you, helping you reconnect with your natural state of peace and joy.
