  • I offer a range of deeply restorative treatments designed to help you release stress and find your natural balance. My core services include Reiki, Sound Baths with instruments like gongs and crystal bowls, and a signature combined session that blends both Reiki and Sound for a powerful, immersive experience.   • Reiki is an energy healing practice, discovered and developed by the Japanese monk Mikao Usui in the 1920s.

    Reiki helps clear energetic blockages and restore balance in the body, encouraging deep relaxation and overall well-being. By promoting the free flow of energy throughout the body, it can help reduce stress, ease mental health issues, and relieve tension and discomfort. Many people find that as stress and anxiety decrease, their perception of pain also lessens.

    Practitioners use a technique known as ‘laying on hands’ or ‘palm healing’, meaning either lightly placing their hands on or just hovering above specific areas of the body to channel healing energy. A session can be completely hands-off if the client wishes.

    During a session, clients remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment table or mattress. Appointments typically last about 60 minutes, including time for consultation, and are often described as calming, restorative, and deeply relaxing.

  • Sound Healing is a holistic therapy that uses therapeutic sound and vibration to restore balance, encourage deep relaxation, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

    Using instruments such as Crystal bowls, singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, carefully selected frequencies and tones create an immersive sound bath that calms the nervous system and quiets the mind. As you relax comfortably during a session, the sound waves wash over and through the body, guiding you into a meditative state, and helping to release stress and tension.

    Working on both energetic and physical levels, the vibrations penetrate deeply into the tissues, stimulating circulation, easing muscle tightness, and encouraging cellular regeneration, often described as a gentle massage at a cellular level. By helping to clear stagnant energy and restore natural flow, sound healing can reduce stress, improve sleep, enhance mental clarity, and leave you feeling balanced, refreshed, and renewed.

  • Whether you choose a 1:1 Reiki Session or a Sound Bath, the experience is designed to be a seamless journey from high-energy daily life into deep stillness.

    We begin a session with a short check-in to discuss where you are at presently. We can focus on specific physical ailments, emotional blocks, or intentions you’ve set for yourself. Many clients also visit for pure relaxation, which is a wonderful intention in itself.

    The treatment lasts between 40–45 minutes. To ensure you can fully let go, you’ll be provided with a pillow, leg bolster, cozy blanket, and an eye mask.

    During a Reiki session you will rest on a raised treatment table, allowing for a comfortable, elevated healing experience.

    During a Sound Bath you will lie on a lowered treatment table, keeping you closer to the grounding vibrations of the instruments.

    At the end of the session, I will gently guide your awareness back into the room, giving you a few quiet moments to find your feet. We conclude with a brief closing reflection and, if you feel called to it, an oracle card pull to carry a final message into your day.

  • Distance or time is no barrier to Energy Healing; a remote Reiki session is just as effective as an in-person treatment and offers the unique benefit of allowing you to remain in the comfort of your own space. This format is ideal for those with busy schedules, those who are traveling, or anyone who simply prefers to integrate the healing experience into their home environment.

    When booking, you can choose between a real-time connection or a scheduled session. For a real-time experience, we begin with a short Zoom consultation to discuss your current well-being and any specific intentions you wish to set. Once we have established our focus, we will end the call so you can settle into a calm, quiet space where you won't be interrupted for the next 50 minutes. I recommend playing soft, instrumental music in the background and using a blanket or eye mask to help you drift into a deeper state of relaxation while I begin sending the Reiki energy to you.

    At the conclusion of the healing, you have the flexibility to rejoin the Zoom call for a final check-in to discuss anything that arose during the session, or you may choose to stay in that peaceful state and simply continue with your day. 

    Alternatively, if you prefer a scheduled session, perhaps during the middle of the night to assist with your sleep, I will send the healing at our agreed-upon time and follow up with a message sharing any insights from the treatment. Regardless of the method you choose, the energy remains the same, providing you with deep restoration wherever you are in the world.

  • While both Reiki and Sound offers gentle healing, there are important safety considerations to keep in mind, particularly regarding Sound Healing. Sound Baths should be avoided by those who are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other metal implants, or suffer from sound-induced epilepsy or severe mental health conditions. This is because the physical vibrations produced by the instruments can potentially interfere with medical devices, cause complications during pregnancy, or trigger a physical response in those sensitive to sound frequencies.

    Reiki, on the other hand, has no known medical contraindications and is considered safe for everyone. It is important to note, however, that if you are currently navigating deep emotional work or past trauma, Reiki can occasionally act as a catalyst for a release of strong emotions. While these shifts are ultimately part of the healing process and serve your long-term betterment, they can sometimes feel intense or overwhelming in the moment. If you have any specific concerns regarding your health or history, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

  • I recommend that you wear comfortable, warm clothes. As your body temperature can drop during a session, an extra layer is recommended even for the warmer months.

  • Life is unpredictable and sometimes plans need to change. If you do need to cancel, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.
